Blood, Stone, and Posing

Summoneyy remembered Punt's appetite for blood and the company promptly rediscovered its courage. Arrowyy was ten million percent certain of the matter, which is a percentage used chiefly by men who fear that plain certainty may look timid.

Blaedy found a fellow issuing threats while displaying his torso, apparently in the belief that warfare begins with poor clothing decisions. Meho judged him accurately, then assured Arrowyy that she was entirely equal to the coming violence. Summoneyy contributed dwarven geology, which was somehow more persuasive than the threats.

There is now the pleasing prospect of old friends meeting across a field under opposite banners, with Summoneyy promising battlefield greetings of an unprintable sort. Blaedy intends to become a knife master by hurling herself into every fight available. This is either a plan or the first paragraph of an expensive obituary.
