The optional recorder for game nights.
Chronicler installs a small World of Warcraft addon that notes what happens while you play, and a background app that uploads it after you close the game. It is entirely optional. Read what it records and how to switch any of it off before you install it.
Windows will say the installer is from an unknown publisher, because it is not code-signed. Click More info, then Run anyway. Install it once: after that Chronicler updates itself while the game is closed.
